TERRY DAHLSTROM Senior Associate Terry was born and raised in Tucson and received degrees in both real estate and finance from the University of Arizona. During college, he managed and leased apartment complexes for Tucson Realty and Trust, National Realty Management, and Southmark Corporation. At the end of his junior year in college, he began an internship with the Tucson office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. In April of 1989 he joined the recently formed Volk Company, where he has since specialized in shopping center sales and leasing and tenant and user representation of local, regional and national retailers and restaurants. He has also been involved in several ground up developments, from strip centers and freestanding restaurants to shopping centers throughout southern Arizona.
