RICK BORANE
Senior Associate Broker
Rick Borane began his commercial real estate career in
1982 interning at the local Grubb & Ellis office while
obtaining his Management Degree from the University of
Arizona. He received his real estate license in 1984 and
joined a new branch office of Del Webb Commercial Real
Estate.
In 1988, Rick received his real estate broker's license
and joined the newly formed Volk Company where he has
specialized in shopping center sales and leasing. His
expertise includes all phases of retail real estate work
and he continually represents local, regional and national
retailers. He has leased or sold retail land for development,
freestanding buildings and shopping centers in Tucson,
Phoenix, and throughout Arizona. He has been responsible
for several ground up developments throughout southern
Arizona. His specialties include tenant and landlord representation,
as well as buyer and seller representation.
